Project Scope & Agreements

The full scope, pricing, and timeline for any project will be confirmed in a separate client agreement before work begins.

Before any project starts, clients will receive a formal agreement outlining the scope of work, project timeline, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties.

The signed client agreement will take precedence over any general information provided on this website.

Third-Party Costs

Website hosting, domain registration, and any third-party services or integrations are not included in website packages unless otherwise stated.

These costs remain the responsibility of the client.

Ownership & Portfolio Use

Once full payment has been received and the project is complete, ownership of the final website design and client-provided content transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the client agreement.

KOM Virtual Solutions reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
